Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Direct responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

3. Cold call and prospect daily to new potential customers using our database.

4.Clearly communicating company values and updating clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives.

5.Promote brand awareness, marketing programs and incentives.

6. Maintain existing customer base that may be provided to start.

7. Stay current on inventory levels, sales targets and proactively find ways to sell our products.

8. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

9. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

10. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

11. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

12. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license within 60 days of employment.

13.Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
